About
I'm Bentzi Shemtov. I've spent my career on one problem: making Salesforce actually work for law firms. I was a Senior Solution Architect at Litify, where I led implementations for firms across the country. Today I'm Director of Salesforce Architecture at a multi-state personal injury firm, running Litify and AccountingSeed in production, intake through disbursement, every day. I also co-founded Prodofy.io, a Salesforce-native app on the AppExchange.
Cedarmark is that experience, available by the hour: one senior architect, accountable to you, for the work your firm can't afford to get wrong.

Cedarmark, the name
Cedar is the tree the Tanach uses when it talks about things that last. When Solomon built the Temple, he built it out of cedar. It grows slow, it doesn't rot, and it gets stronger with age. You use it when the thing you're building has to outlast you.
Mark is a name. It's also the stamp on silver that tells you it's real, so you don't have to re-test it every time. You see the mark, you trust the work.
My last name, Shemtov, means "a good name" in Hebrew. (Yes, I named the company after myself. Sort of.) A good name isn't something you get, it's something you build, one decision at a time. And in this business, the name is the product.
That's also how I build. Most of the messes I get called into aren't technology problems, they're shortcuts that aged badly. The quick config nobody revisited. The integration nobody documented. The trust ledger that was fine until the audit. Quick and temporary isn't cheaper, the bill just shows up later. So I build the other way: planned for where the firm is going, documented so it doesn't depend on me, tested so it holds up when I'm not in the room.
Cedarmark:
a lasting good name.
The wood and the ink.
